Terms of Service
All purchases from Amadi, Inc. must abide by the following terms:

Shipping

UPS Ground is used by default for all shipments. If a different shipping method or special instructions are required, Amadi, Inc. must be notified. Upgraded shipping is to be paid for by the customer. Orders will not be shipped until payment is received in full or other terms are agreed upon. Please allow 1-7 business days from the shipping date, tracking numbers will be provided when items are shipped, for orders to arrive. In select cases delivery may take an extended period of time to be delivered due to distance restrictions, weather conditions, or other reasons outside of our control.

Warranty

Amadi, Inc. honors a 1 year in-house warranty for all complete systems purchased. The warranty includes part replacement, labor, and return shipping. In order to receive warranty service, Amadi, Inc. must be contacted to receive an RMA number. Any packages without the RMA number written on the outside of the box may be denied by Amadi, Inc. or processing may be delayed. Components and software not installed by Amadi, Inc. are not covered under this warranty. If no issue is found with the hardware provided the customer is responsible for all shipping costs. If purchasing single components or incomplete systems Amadi, Inc. does not offer any warranty, but will accept equipment to be returned/warranted under the manufacturer’s warranty terms. Shipping both ways is to be paid for by the customer. For advance replacements, the customer must provide valid credit card information for a deposit on the component(s) to be sent. The bad component(s) must be sent back, using a traceable shipping method, to Amadi, Inc. at the customer’s own cost within 15 days of the RMA date. If the component(s) are not received within the 15 days, the deposit on the component(s) will not be returned.

Warranties will be void if the systems and/or components are received by Amadi, Inc. with improper packaging or are visibly damaged.


Refunds

NO REFUND POLICY: No refunds are offered on any merchandise. All merchandise provided by Amadi, Inc. is custom ordered and/or built to suit the customer’s needs. Refunds cannot be reasonably issued under those circumstances.

Payment Methods

Amadi, Inc. accepts payment via Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, money order, certified check, company/personal check, PayPal, or wire transfer. Service may be refused if inaccurate credit card information, false/falsified information, or information suspected to be fraudulent is provided.

Other

The Terms of Service can be altered at any time without notification to the buyer. Amadi, Inc. is not to be held responsible for any pricing or typographical errors. Amadi, Inc. reserves the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason other than those prohibited by law.
